Production Process: Using high-quality tea leaves from Dong Ding Mountain, Taiwan, the tea is carefully handpicked and undergoes multiple processes including withering, rolling, semi-fermentation, and roasting. Each step is meticulously controlled to ensure the perfect quality of the tea leaves.

Brewing Instructions:

Warm the teapot and cup with 95°C (203°F) hot water.
Place 5 grams of Dong Ding Oolong tea into the teapot or cup.
Pour in 95°C (203°F) hot water, and discard the first brew (rinsing the tea).
For the second brew, pour in hot water and steep for 30 seconds before drinking.
For subsequent brews, adjust the steeping time according to personal taste.
